We have a room available in a 2 bed flat in Upper Clapton
We've recently moved in so we still have furniture to buy and pictures to put on walls but as rents due we need to rent out the room asap, you know how it is
You would be living with a couple, me(Gary) and my girlfriend Olivia. I was an Art assistant but lost my job due to corona and now looking for a new venture and Olivia is a nurse
We're pretty boring to be honest and enjoying staying in and watching films/series and cooking/baking food. Think the lockdown has just turned many in to hermits but warmer weather will get us out and about again for sure
The whole house is electric and is paid for by an electric card which has been about £20 a month. Not had a council tax bill yet because Hackney council has had a cyber attack and cant give is a bill until its sorted so not quite sure how much it will be monthly
Just looking for a nice person to live with, not fussed about what you do for a living or anything like that
