We have available a good size double room in our house on a quiet residential road in Upper Clapton.
We occupy the first floor and attic.
On first floor are two double rooms, sitting room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom.
The attic has a double room with en suite and is taken already.
Fully equipped kitchen and Wifi.
The house is in an great location. There is a short walking distance to overground (Clapton & Stoke Newington) also lots of bus routes.
There is a short distance to large parks ( Springfield, Clissold, Abney), river Lea and Walthamstow marshes.
