We're looking for someone friendly & relaxed with a 4/5 week sublet for a room in our house in upper Clapton.
Dates available from 26th Amy - 1st July. Rent, including bills, £750.
The house is on a quiet residential street with Clapton Station, good bus routes, nice pub and park/canal all 2 mins away. It's a great location!
The room belongs to Ally - he's heading away from 5 weeks. You'll be sharing with Paddy, Kinga and Elly - we work in a mixture of charity sector, graphic design and music. We all get on well and socialise a bit, but everyone also does their own thing. Just looking for someone friendly, relaxed and respectful who'll be an easy housemate and not too messy. It's not a party house (though we do like parties).
The room is a double room with a view down to our garden.
