SUBLET Available - Small double bedroom

Hey everyone! I have a short term, small double room in a lovely house in Upper Clapton (E5) available to sublet. The duration is 1 month starting August 25 and ending September 25 (flexible start and ending date)

Looking for a clean, respectful and easygoing female (professional preferred). HAVE TO BE A CAT LOVER or at least no allergic!
Rent + bills:
-£640 per 1 month including all bills.
-£350 deposit is required upfront that will be returned after the stay.

About the place:
You would be joining three female professionals in their late 20’s and early 40’s and a cute cat. This is a comfortable house with a chilled atmosphere. It’s not a party house, however we enjoy bbq in the garden from time to time. There’s one bathroom upstairs to be shared with two other girls, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden (if you’re lucky, there’ll be some cherry tomatoes ready to eat soon).

The area surrounding is very residential with a huge green area, it’s in front of Springfield park and near Hackney marshes, just a 15 minute walk away. The nearest overground station is Clapton (7 mins - connected to central London) and there are buses running to Hackney Central and Finsbury Park. .

Access info:
-There are 16 steps up into the space, the room is located on the first floor.
-The house is accessed by a doorbell
