We’re looking for a third person to join us in this 3 bed house in Upper Clapton on the 1st July.
The house is beautiful with two bathrooms, roof terrace and garden.
About us: Both 34 and irl in creative industries. Myself and Betty are both freelances, Betty works in Film and I am a stylist. It’s worth noting that Betty had a dog so dog lovers only please. Winona is a Lurcher and the best gentle giant.
We’re looking for a great third person to join us, someone is sociable and up for hanging out and making this house a great homely space. Not looking for a party house but someone who is up for dinner parties and bbq’s in the Summer.
The bedroom going is the smaller out of the three, however the lower priced one. It can come with a double bed frame and mattress and chest of draws if needed and the walls can be painted.
Because we aren’t in the house yet we’re likely to be doing some viewings Wednesday evening.
