I’m leaving my spacious one bedroom flat in E5 and looking for someone to take over the contract, ideally from 6th October but can be slightly later.

The flat is on the 1st floor (one flat beneath, 2 above) and has 2 very large rooms with a separate kitchen so you could live here with a housemate if you’re ok to not have a living room.
The current living room is facing south so very bright, bedroom is north and looks onto a big garden.

About 7 min walk to Clapton or Rectory Road overground which gets you to Liverpool Street in 15min.
5 min from the Crooked Billet, best pub in London if you ask me.
Tons of places to go out and eat.

Landlord requires all the usual references.
