SHORT TERM LET UNTIL end of April or early May 2026.

Double room in Zone 2 and bills included.

Space for a desk, chair and chest of drawer. It has fitted wardrobe.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and full size Fridge Freezer.

Bathroom and separate toilet.

You will be sharing with a young couple and a single lady. All very quiet and friendly - I would like to keep it that way.

On block of flats on 7th floor, served by 2 lifts.

It is within 5min walk from Clapton train station in E5. Few stops to Liverpool Street. Also served by many transport links to central London via bus ride to Manor House/ Finsbury Park or Hackney Central stations..
