Light, bright and right by Clapton station

Hello,

We are advertising a spare room in our flat, available from early January until at least the end of August. The flat itself is right outside Clapton station, with a huge outside space and lots of natural light.

There are 4 of us living here currently, with me and my partner sharing a room. We have all lived here for 2 and a half years, and our flatmate is moving out to live with his partner down the road.

We are all professionals (research, engineering, and Greek food imports) so there is normally one of us working from home on any given day, and there is normally lots of free olive oil lying about.

We are an increasingly relaxed flat as it’s getting darker this winter, but the space is great for hosting people so we will often have people round for films and food.
