6 Week Sublet in Clapton - ASAP!

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Upper Clapton whilst I'm away travelling for just under 6 weeks, from 14th Jan - 22nd Feb.

You’d be sharing with 2 lovely girls Abbie + Abbi (29 & 32 - who work in photography production & events management). Ideally looking for a female around the same age who’s after a chilled vibe and will be clean and respectful of people and the flat! There is a desk in my room to work from (although people preferred who don't fully work from home).

We’re in a lovely quiet area but still a 10 min walk from Clapton overground (less than 30min to liverpool street) with loads of buses up the road too. Short walk to the beautiful canal and marshes!

The price for the whole period is £1100 with bills included (I think this works out about £190 per week/ £825 a month) - this is considerably less than I pay at the moment but taking a cut so I can hopefully fill the room in time!
