For Sublet Two Double Rooms

Our tenancy is coming to an end of the 24th of June.

We are looking for 2 people or couples to replace us from the 24th May till 24th June.

My self and my flats mate are moving out sooner and we are offering one month sublet in this lovely house with a massive garden which is great for summer.
The two double rooms are coming down from 1000 each to 800 each.
It’s a barging price if you’re looking to have a huge outdoor space in this time of the year.

The house comes with a shared dinning/living room area which opens to the garden.
Two toilets and one bathroom.
It’s next to Clapton station and has 2x 24hr off licence.
