Upper Clapton, Double Room Available (furnished)

We’re looking for a friendly and respectful new flatmate to join our calm and comfortable home in Upper Clapton. The room is in a shared flat with two women in their late 20s:

• Nicolly, 27: Works in childcare Monday to Friday, and during her free time, Nicolly likes to travel, hike, explore different coffee shops and restaurants, and go to the theater.

• Holly, 27: Works as a designer, and she goes to the office twice a week, during her spare time, Holly enjoys meeting up with friends, travelling, cinema.

Your Room: A big lovely double room, with loads of natural light, a queen-size bed with drawers, and a new wardrobe. You would be on the top floor of the house, and share a bathroom with Nicolly, although she has a small bathroom downstairs so she would mostly use it to shower. We would also share a storage room- so plenty of storage.

What are we looking for: You are a respectful, friendly, clean and considerate person, and are happy to share house hold duties. Professional aged between 26 to 32 years old. If you think you could be a good fit please feel free to drop me a message so we can chat more.

The area: Clapton is a lovely and vibrant neighbourhood, with plenty of local shops, restaurants and coffee shops to explore and enjoy. We are just by the canal, the marshes and milfields park. There is a coop just 5 minutes from the house. Hackney central is a 15 minute walk, and clapton station is only a 10 minute walk from the flat. There are also plenty of bus stops around us.

The flat: Big spacious flat, with a lovely small blacony which is great for the summer or sunny days. We have a nice size living room and kitchen with everything we need. We also have a parking spot if needed.

We value a peaceful & respectful home while still enjoying the shared spaces and socialising with one another!
