Current flatmates would be Jamie (F29), Claire (F27), Steve (M29) and the kitty Mojo! So hoping that you are a cat person :)
The flat is nice and cozy with large lounge with a TV, one bathroom, good sized kitchen (tabletop brand new!) with an abundance of storage and all the cookware you need, we also have an enormous garden with outside seating area, which your bedroom has french doors that lead directly out to the garden.
In a great location with lots of transportation:
-5 mins from Rectory road station overground
-8 mins from Clapton station overground
Couples considered, but would need to discuss rent adjustment x
