Beautiful canal boat to rent on tranquil river Lee

Beautiful refurbished canal boat with pine wood. suitable for a vegetarian or vegan single or couple on the beautiful and peaceful river Lee that runs through London. It is ecological with solar panels and an electric motor, compost toilet, battery camping shower, wood burner, good insulation, gas stove, double bed. I am keeping the price down to attract someone who is responsible, friendly and will help out with occasional diy or decorating etc. The boat is 10m long.
I would consider short term lets of 4-6 months with all rent paid in advance.
It has the option of a winter mooring in the beautiful village of Broxbourne so the boat doesn't have to be moved during the bad weather in winter and can be most of the year in London on the river Lee. Or it can keep moving between London and Hertford and back. It needs as per regulations, 3km every 2 weeks and not turn back until it has traveled 30 kms by river (not straight line kilometers) Moving 3kms is quite quick and simple!
