Newly Refurbished Double Room Near Park

Firstly - we're in the process of getting the floorboards done and painting the walls a nicer colour in the spare room, so please bear that in mind when viewing the pics.

We're a late-twenties/early thirties professional couple. Jon is a nurse at UCHL, and I (Aisha) work at a Nursery. It's a clean, quiet household; we love a pub outing at the weekend and the odd BBQ, but it's definitely not a party house. We both have early starts and like to go to bed very early during the week. We're friendly, easy-going and considerate (and we never row!). Jon's in a few bands and plays guitar/writes songs, but keeps that for when everyone's out (although he'd be very keen to have someone to jam with should they want to). I'm getting into gardening/growing herbs and veg, so any potential flatmates would be welcome to get stuck in if that's their cup of tea.

2 WCs, deep bath/shower, large living/dining space plus kitchen, utility room, dishwasher, washing machine.

The house is on a very quiet street, a short walk to the train station (London Overground) which goes through Seven Sisters and Hackney to Liverpool Street, and right next to Pymmes Park (running circuit, free gym equipment, tennis and basketball courts, nature reserve).

It's avail mid Sept onwards, couples considered for short lets (up to 6 months), £800 per month for couple.
