Newly built one bedroom flat

Hi there thanks for reading my ad. I have recently extended my current house and now have a self contained one bed roomed contemporary flat with its own private side entrance, downstairs wet room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom. This is newly built and is a beautiful flat for a working professional. The price includes the bills, wi fi , there is also a washing machine, ample parking, use of the garden.
It will be ready hopefully by the beginning of June.
