Looking for somebody to take my double bedroom located on Hornsey road as I'm moving out to be nearer work.

The rent is £693 per calendar month plus council tax and bills.

The flat is newly renovated with lovely bathrooms and kitchen. It's kept tidy but also nicely decorated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower) and a large shared kitchen/living space. Landlord has always responded well if we've ever had any issues.

The house has a great social atmosphere, Amber and Signe love cooking and enjoy doing shared meals frequently. Usually found enjoying a glass of wine watching a film and some good food. The girls are super friendly and looking for someone who will live here and be part of the house as a mate.

Finsbury Park and Archway are closest tube stations are
about 15 minutes walk from the flat or 5 minute bus. There's a bus stop right outside the house which is very convenient.

The room is available from 1st May 2021.
