We are looking for a single person who is sociable, clean and tidy. For short let’s a couple is fine.

Our neo-Georgian three floor house has recently been fully refurbished.
We are renting the top floor which has a new kitchenete, new bathroom, double bedroom, lounge/ home office and dining space. New carpets, furniture and bed. You will also have use of the gym and our extensive south facing terrace and gardens. Includes internet booster and sky TV and utilities. Additional cost of £20 pcm for cleaner.

Use of washer/dryer, kitchen oven and freezer and garage (for bike storage etc).

Exceptionally quiet private cul de sac with off street parking. You will have your own allocate space. Expansive views over south London and beyond. We have added three velux windows which are all south facing. Nearby parks/Forrest and tennis courts.

Buses are 2 mins away towards Crystal Palace town centre and station, West Norwood, Brixton and Streatham.

Potential to rent an additional room and private bathroom if friends family wish to stay for a reduced rate of £50 pm.

We are a gay professional couple that have previously had a number of lodgers straight and gay from a range of countries/ heritages, many of which have become friends.

You will always be welcome to join us for summer drinks on the terrace, occasional dinners, weekend breakfasts., Netflix series etc.

Possibility of moving in a week or so earlier depending on existing lodger.
