Spacious room to rent available in a 3 bed house in South London sharing with two full time working men.

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor together with a family bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Above the bedrooms, there is a loft with loads of storage available.
On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen, living room, dining room and an additional separate toilet. The house has a big garden, perfect for BBQ, sunbathing or morning coffee.

The living room has a big and comfortable corner sofa, the dining room can be used as dining space, workout area, and guest room if needed. Outside the house, there is a driveway with a garage and permit-free parking space.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy house mate who can call this place a home:)

The house is only a short walk to Lidl supermarket, Rockery Gardens and to bus stop towards Streatham station, West Norwood, Crystal Palace and Brixton.
Nice local pub is also just around the corner.

All bills and a fortnightly cleaner included.
