Spacious house looking for a new tenant:)

Hi everyone - at the beginning of September I will have one bedroom ready to be moved in. My current tenant is moving out, so I am looking for a new positive housemate.
A little bit about the house: on the first floor we have all three bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bathtub. Above our bedrooms, we've got a loft with loads of space to store away all you want:) On the ground floor you'll find - toilet, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The house has got a big garden, perfect for BBQ, sunbathing or morning coffee. I need to mention that our garden has many visitors, so if you are not an animal enthusiast then skip this advertisement, sorry. Our living room has a comfy corner sofa where we can sit down after a long day of work and just relax. The dining room has three intended uses: dining space, workout area, and guest room:) Outside the house, we have a driveway with a garage and permit-free parking space. Now a little bit about me: I am a self-employed builder and most of the time I'm trying to be busy, running from one job to another:) I prefer to have weekends off, so I can get on my bike and hit the road. I don't like laziness but don't worry, I won't be asking you to do something more interesting than watching tv:)
