We are a family of four looking for a quiet and considerate housemate to rent the top floor studio (shared entrance) of our bungalow. You will have your own bathroom and kitchenette. The furnished studio is modern and bright with lovely views to the garden. Few minutes walk to bus stop and short ride to West Norwood and Crystal Palace. The area is quiet, green so you're looking for a place to escape after a hectic day at work, this studio is perfect! Supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away. Bus stop at the top of the road (few minutes walk) to the nearest stations (West Norwood or Crystal Palace). Please note, if you are looking for a place withing walking distance to a train/tube station, this is not for you. The property is in a quiet area away from high traffic.
