Sunny double room in big house & beautiful garden

Double room available in a beautiful house in Upper Norwood for 6 months from September. Large room with plenty of storage and natural light on a quiet road off Crown Dale. Rent includes all bills.

As you'll see from the pictures, it's a wonderful house with lots of character. The garden is a gorgeous suntrap, full of wildlife and plants, with a swing seat by the pond for evening drinks and a patio perfect for BBQs.

The house is three double bedrooms, one converted in to an office. There are two bathrooms, a big open kitchen/diner, a cosy front room, pantry and garage.

I'm looking for someone friendly and easy going to enjoy the house and share the responsibilities of keeping the house clean and tidy. I cook often, am generally quiet around the house and often out for work/socialising. Great if you are similar!

I look after the house plants and garden, you'd be more than welcome to get involved, but no obligation.

I have two cats, Duck and Tiger. They are very friendly and affectionate and will want to hang out with you!

Pubs
-Conquering Hero is probably the closest, a nice pub with live music once a week (I think)
-West Norwood & Crystal Palace - plenty of choices!

Transport
-West Norwood is about a 15 min walk away
-Crystal Palace is about 10 mins on the bus
-Brixton is about 20 mins on the bus the other direction
-No permit required to park on the road but it is a restricted school zone, so if you have a car you would need to ge a permit (free) or be careful about when you arrive on the street!

Shops (Crown Point, a few mins walk)
-Decent size Lidl
-Tesco Express
-Post office, pharmacy etc
