Sunny double room in a modern house with garden

We have a spare double room in our house to rent.

We’re a married couple who have been living in London for 2 years and we have decided to rent one of our rooms out for up to 12 months.

The house is absolutely stunning, 4 bedrooms detached with a lovely garden, big modern kitchen, living room and the house has a family bathroom upstairs which would be used mainly by you most of the time and also a downstairs loo.
We have a driveway and free parking on the street which is very safe.

We’re both very sociable and friendly people, we like to have friends and family round when possible and my husband shares custody of his kids which they are here every other weekend from Friday till Sunday so you’d have to be comfortable with 2 young kids around the house. We have also a very sweet French bull dog.

My husband works from home and I also work from home twice a week so we ideally would prefer if your job requires you to be in the office or away from home during the day.
The room includes a double bed, 2 chest of drawers and there’s plenty of space under the bed for storage. You will have a kitchen drawer to use and a space in the fridge.
We take very good care of our house so we expect you to be clean, tidy and hygienic. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
The house is about 10 minutes walk from Crystal Palace triangle (town centre) there’s many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops including Sainsbury’s.

The nereast station is Gipsy Hill which is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes in the car. Crystal Palace overground station is around 10 minutes bus ride.

We would also be open for full time stay.
