The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with plenty of space and light as the sun hits the bedroom throughout the day which gives a stunning window view in both front and back garden!
Located on a crescent, means that the traffic is not close to us and the noise levels are not major ( except the the neighbour that plays soul music on saturdays ;-)
The house is fully double glased, with all appliances and easy access to many London transport links!
We have a garden, parking, patio and the both bedrooms are with carpet and furnished.
On the ground floor lives our housemate, a british journalist that works during the day and is pretty chilled!
Couples are welcome for the double, please note that the rent would increase to £750 pcm instead.
Bills are included but there is a cap where if we pass we shall share the extra ( never happened but worth mentioning)
