One large double room for short-term let in a two bedroomed house set over two floors in Upper Sydenham. The downstairs is a spacious open plan layout with a shared lounge and kitchen/dining room. It would suit a tidy, respectful professional person to live with a professional female. There is a decent sized quiet garden which is a lovely space for relaxing or working in. The house is also about 2 minutes walking distance to Wells Park and about 5 minutes to Crystal Palace Park. Deposit is a month's rent.

The house is located in a quiet, safe area with families. It is a 15-minute walk to the lively centre of Crystal Palace or 10 minutes to Sydenham high street, both of which have a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. It is a 10 min walk to Sydenham station (20 minutes Overground to the city or London Bridge). Other accessible stations include Sydenham Hill, Crystal Palace, and Penge East and West Stations all 20 minutes and under to reach either Victoria or London Bridge stations. East Dulwich and Peckham are 15-20 minute bus ride away. There is plenty of unrestricted parking for drivers.

You would be living with me. I am a quiet professional who often works from home. I am fairly relaxed and like to spend most evenings at home. Am happy to have someone move in who likes to socialise in the living room but equally happy for you to have your own space. When I’m not working, I spend my time gardening as well as running regularly. The room would suit a clean & tidy professional who is looking for somewhere homely.
