Double room in Crystal Palace Park flat

I have a double room available in a lovely period flat opposite Crystal Palace Park.

I’m a 42 year old female working in the coffee industry. I enjoy most types of music, cafe culture, bakeries, nice things like that. I'm looking for an easy-going lodger for a few months.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The flat is well-equipped and comfortable and has two bedrooms, open plan living room (lots of space and light), kitchen & bathroom. It has all the usual mod cons, Wi-Fi, big TV etc. There is a private driveway for parking, and storage for bikes.

Crystal Palace triangle is a short walk away through the park, and is perfect for pottering around at the weekend - there are loads of interesting cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, and an Everyman Cinema. There are also lots of lovely parks in the area.

I have a dog called Tina, a super chilled and affectionate 13 year old who mainly likes to snooze. She's totally house trained and isn't a yapper or a barker.

Bills are not included and amount to around £160 in cold months. Less in Spring and Summer.

12 minute walk to Crystal Palace Station (National Rail), which has regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge.

12 minute walk to Sydenham Station (Overground), which has regular trains to London Bridge, plus the ginger line which goes via Canada Water to Highbury & Islington.

15 minute walk to Sydenham Hill Station (National Rail), which has a regular service into Victoria ( takes 15mins) and Brixton (5mins)..
