SHORT TERM: Small Studio off Crystal Palace Park

£250 per week, available between 11th - 29th October.

Small studio available opposite Crystal Palace Park.

The studio is small (3.5m x 5m) but lovely, and has:

- A kitchenette with small fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle & portable hob
- Toilet & shower room
- A double bed
- Clothes rail and chest of drawers
- Smart TV and WiFi

The studio is directly underneath my flat, on the garden level. I live in the main flat with my dog and one lodger. I'm a 42 yr old female working in the coffee industry, and my dog is a 13yr old rescue from Greece. The studio enjoys its own entrance and opens onto the garden.

Crystal Palace triangle is a short walk away through the park, and is perfect for pottering around at the weekend - there are lots of interesting cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, and an Everyman Cinema. There are lots of lovely parks in the area.

10 minute walk to Sydenham Station (Overground), which has regular trains to London Bridge, plus the ginger line which goes via Canada Water to Highbury & Islington.

12 minute walk to Crystal Palace Station (National Rail), which has regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge.

15 minute walk to Sydenham Hill Station (National Rail), which has a regular service into Victoria ( takes 15mins) and Brixton (5mins).
