We have a double room available on Peak Hill, SE26, close to Sydenham High Street and Forest Hill.

Our long-term lodger is moving abroad, so we are looking for someone to join our home around 12th April (could be flexible).

- Rent: £850, this includes all bills
- The house is on a leafy residential street
- We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- The double room is on the first floor and is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a small cupboard and a hanging rail for clothes
- Bathroom with a rain shower, shared with two others
- Fully equipped kitchen with a small utility room (w/ dishwasher and laundry machine)
- We have a garden at the back of the property that you can use
- A cleaner for common spaces once a fortnight

- There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants on Kirkdale just around the corner, lovely Forest Hill and Sydenham High St a few mins further
- Sydenham station is 8 mins walk (overground trains to Canada Water/Whitechapel/Highbury&Islington, 35 mins door-to-door to Waterloo, 40 mins to Bond Street)
- Bus 176 stops 2 min walk away and operates 24/7 to central London
- Sainsbury’s and Tesco 5 mins walk away
- Incredible parks (Wells, Mayow, Crystal Palace Park, Horniman Gardens) a short walk away
- PureGym 5 mins and Gym Group 10 mins walk away

- You would be living with a friendly, clean and respectful male gay couple and one other male flatmate
- We love arts, cooking, reading and travelling. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen and eating together every now and then; however, we also respect each other’s spaces and alone time, too

- Ideally, we are looking for someone who works from home a maximum of two days a week
