Large bright double room in beautiful garden flat

I'm looking for a professional person to come and share my lovely home in a gorgeous period property just around the corner from Kirkdale shops. The road is full of large Georgian houses and mature trees and has free parking right outside. The whole area is leafy and has access to great parks, woodland and some of the best views of London. It's also perfectly located just 10 mins walk from Forest Hill, with its boutique shops, cafe's and Horniman museum and Sydneham Stations on the East London Line. There's a great bus service into central London, plus the overground straight to Victoria and London Bridge.

Being the garden flat, I have a private sunny rear garden, as well as a lovely side seating area filled with plants which means there's lots of space to be outside, enjoying the BBQ and the peace and quiet.

The room itself is a newly decorated large double with built in wardrobes and bathed in natural light. The open plan living space is newly decorated with a brand new kitchen.

I work from home in the week but also play cello in an orchestra and love running, gym and yoga so I'm often out in the evenings.
