Room in terraced house in quiet cul de sac

Hello,

We are a couple who have a three bedroom terraced house in Upper Sydenham. In a quiet cul de sac.

The house is a 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station or Sydenham station. Alternatively there is a 20 minute walk to Sydenham hill station.

There are some shops nearby, including a Tesco, newsagents, hairdressers, coffee shops and restaurants.

The room is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, some shelves and a study table.

Share of the kitchen, bathroom and garden.
