Double room in Forest Hill (weekday stays welcome)

We have a simply furnished double room available from the 1st of June in our lovely flat between Sydenham and Forrest Hill.. The flat is a 10-minute walk Forrest Hill train station.

Monday, 13th of May: 18:00 to 21:00
Tuesday, 14th of May: 18:00 to 21:00
Thursday, 16th of May: 18:00 to 21:00
Friday, 17th of May: 18:00 to 21:00
Saturday, 18th of May: 09:00 to 11:00

We welcome professionals who require lodging from Monday to Friday, as well as students and professionals looking for a home throughout the week.

You would be living with a married couple who are are easy-going and friendly. We like socialising, but also respect each other’s privacy.

Rent is £775 per month, payable at the start of each month, and the deposit (£775) is required in advance. Rent includes all utilities and access to shared facilities, including kitchen and bathroom. If you are interested in the room, we will require a reference from a previous landlord, a credit check, employment contract and proof of income.

It's a new build flat and we like to keep it clean and tidy. You would be expected to keep the shared areas clean and tidy and to clean up after yourself in the kitchen. If you are staying throughout the week, you would also be expected to contribute to the cleaning tasks No smoking allowed in the flat.
