Hi, I’m Lauren. I’ve lived at Curepipe Court for just over two years and am now moving out to live with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the tenancy.
You’d be sharing with my wonderful housemate, Sydney (30), a professional working in the city in social media. She’s an absolute gem, very tidy, easygoing, and enjoys cooking, a good Netflix binge, and the occasional glass of wine.
The flat is a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with parking and a large outdoor patio area.
The landlord, Michelle, is excellent and owns several properties across the south-east and south-west areas.
Ideally we are looking for a female tenant to replace me. Small pets may be considered, as Sydney occasionally looks after her mum’s elderly dog (not frequently).
The room comes furnished with wardrobes. The bed frame and mattress are mine, I’d be happy to sell the DUSK bed frame cheaply to the incoming tenant at a low cost.
Alternatively, you could purchase a new mattress, or I can request one from the landlord.
Move-in dates are flexible. Ideally, this would be 1 April, though mid-March (or earlier for the right tenant) could be possible.
The contract is for 12 months with an 8-week break clause. References may be required.
