Renting two double rooms in my 4 bedroom house in Upper Sydenham. I am looking to rent the two main bedrooms and will be using the third bedroom for part of the week - usually Friday to Monday - the fourth bedroom is currently used as a study and for storage.

Includes 2 good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, other with shower), lounge with woodburning stove. Separate dining room and large family kitchen. Has access to a back garden and also a side garden with summer house which can be used as an office working space.

Located near Crystal Palace triangle and all that has to offer, and also well located for Sydenham Hill and Sydenham stations.

I’m a part time Londoner who works away mid week, have three cats who are housetrained and friendly and food orientated! Would hope for someone to be able to feed the cats when I’m not there - all food provided.
