Double Room in a great house and great area

This is a single occupancy room in a great house, within a quiet area, which would suit either a professional or student. Currently we are 3 professionals, youthful, friendly and welcoming people.

We are looking for a clean and tidy addition to our household. We are situated close to Sydenham Hill station, with Crystal Palace and Sydenham station not too far as well as free parking all around.

The house is fully furnished with Wi-Fi, a large shared frontroom, bathroom/toilet, single toilet and a well sized garden to enjoy during the warmer climes.
