Quiet area, although near the train tracks, its not a problem. Parking is available but its first come first serve. Public transport, buses and overhead trains is about 5 minutes walk to Sydenham High Street Sydenham station and less than 10 minutes walk to Penge West station. Buses to Peckham and Tottenham Court Road is 2 minutes walk. Crystal palace park is about 5 minutes walk away. One month notice required to give time to find another tenant. Applicants need to be in employment. No deposit, but one month's rent in advance required. All Nationalities and background welcome.
