Lovely double bedroom

Room available from 1st October for 6 - 8 months.

I have a lovely light double bedroom available in a maisonette in Upper Sydenham.

Price includes all bills (electricity, gas and council tax). There is an extra £42 per month for a cleaner.

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, side table, dressing table with extended windows to let in lots of light! .

The house has a shared dining room, lounge room and bathroom.

There is off road parking available.

You will share with me. I am female, 49 years old and well-house trained. I am looking for someone like minded - who has their own life and interests but is up for a chat in the kitchen from time to time. I like to keep the common areas tidy ( ie. washing up after cooking a meal).

i work from home 3 days per week, get up early to go to the gym. i am out some evenings during the week so you are certain to have the house to yourself sometimes.

I live in a super friendly cul de sac, where people say hello and tend to know each other by name. Crystal Palace Park is just 5 minutes walk away and a great place to hang out in the sun.

Sydenham overground station is approximately a 7 min walk. Penge East is nearby and there are also buses to Brixton, London Bridge and the city.
