This is part of my home, and is refurbished to a high specification. You have a wonderful view and access of the 100ft garden that has no overlooking houses and a clear view into allotments and then hills.

I'm a fairly relaxed guy that likes to keep the house nice and clean, I travel about 50% of the time so am not in much.

My 21 year old son lives with me. It would also be nice to eat together once in a while. It's a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbours and plenty of parking space for cars but you require a permit. If you are lucky enough to ride a bike there is a garage where you can store it.

I am looking to sell the property so only considering short term options.

Travel:
You can be in Liverpool Street or Kings Cross in 40mins as Wood Street station is 13mins walk and Walthamstow Central is 15 mins bus ride.

Furniture:
There is a single bed. A study desk and rack and cupboards

Storage:
Cupboards and a rack

Amenities:
You have access to the garden, the balcony, and well-equipped kitchen with washer (no dryer) The water is a hot storage tank, and the central heating is controlled individually for each room via local controls or smart phone.

Kitchen is fully equipped with high end juicer, blender microwave oven toaster etc

You have Hi Speed Wifi and access to a large Washing Machine

Contribution:
I will ask you to contribute to help maintaining the house with your time about 20 mins a week. Things like mowing the garden, vacuuming etc.

I also expect a small amount contribution to the essentials that we share like washing up liquid soap etc.

Extras:
I am happy to provide bed linen, towels etc at an extra cost.

Bills
Durring winter months there will be a contribution to extra bills due to heating. All other bills are included

I don't mind guests coming round to stay with prior arrangement. But charge an additional contribution per night.

This is a no drug house, and drunken behaviour won't be tolerated. But drinking is ok.
