I live in the property with my son and 2 other lodgers but am staring to travel again. It would also be nice to eat together once in a while. It's a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors an plenty of parking space for cars but you require a permit. If you are lucky enough to ride a bike there is a garage where you can store it.

if you like living in the city but pretending that you are in a suburb, then this is the ideal place.

We keep the house super tidy, and everything is to a high specification.

Travel:
You can be in Liverpool Street or Kings Cross in 40mins as Wood Street station is 13mins walk and Walthamstow Central is 15 mins bus ride.

Furniture:
There is a large king-size bed . The mattress is a £4000 visprung. 3 year old. Very nice.

A single sofa, study desk can be provided as well.

Storage:
You have plenty of storage space, a small built in cupboard and a large are above the bed.

Amenities:
You have access to the garden, the balcony, and well-equipped kitchen with washer. The water is a hot storage tank and is always hot, and the central heating is controlled individually for each room via local controls or smart phone.

If you use the kitchen lots we can have a discussion about rules.

You have Hi Speed Wifi and access to a large Washing Machine and Dryer (at additional cost), so you can even wash your duvets in there.

I will ask you to contribute to help maintaining the house with your time about 40 mins a week. Things like mowing the garden, vacuuming, windows etc.

We can talk about bills

Extras:
I am happy to provide bed linen, towels etc at an extra cost.
Guests are allowed to stay over at an additional cost. And I ask for small contribution to broad band and kitchen.
