The Flat
Two bedroom, top floor spacious, light and modern flat. Large open plan living room & kitchen, comfy and stylish decor. Shared bathroom and balcony. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. There is a bike rack downstairs where you can secure a bike.

The room
Light filled, large double room with a neutral decor. Large build in wardrobe, full length mirror and storage unit. New double bed, mattress duvet and bedding. The room also has black out curtains.

Rent
£1000 per month
£400 a week
£80 a night
This includes bills (gas, electric, water, council tax & internet).
Sorry no couples, children or pets.
The room is available for short term let 1 day to 1 month.
Deposit - dependent on how long you stay, to be agreed.
I will require you to sign a short contract before you move in.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Katie (owner). Welsh, but have lived in London way too long ;) I am a project manager & work from home, so ideally you work from an office / or another space. Looking for chilled, friendly, respectful people :)

Area
The flat is located just off Wood Street (1 min walk), where there is a tesco, loads of cute shops, coffee shops, restaurants and markets. You can get a bus to Walthamstow village Blackhorse Road in 10 minutes or its a 7 minute walk to Wood Street overground. If you need the central line, you can get a bus to South Woodford in 10 mins.
