Luxury Homeshare in Walthamstow

Large, bright, sunny room in stunning, stylish house. Huge landscaped gardens and great access to tubes, overground and buses. This is more a home share than a house share and we are would prefer a longer term let.
We have shared for 22 years and our last housemate moved out after 7 years to buy his own flat.
We have a Cavapoo girl and a BSH blue cat so it’s important that you like animals.
Our home is over three floors and has toilets on all levels and two full bathrooms will both bath and shower.
The house and garden are spacious allowing you to have space when you need or want it whilst having enough shared space to be social when you want too.
We are busy professionals and I work from home sometimes from the garden office..
If you are into late night raves and late cooking etc then it’s probably not for you. We don’t have loads of rules but we do clean up after ourselves and expect everyone to pull their weight too. Other than no smoking we are flexible but don’t have strangers staying overnight and with partners we try to say they can stay over the same number of nights that you are able to stay at theirs. That’s so we don’t end up with a couple sharing and not a single!
