Looking for a female flatmate in Walthamstow!

Hi! I’m a 27-year-old female working in finance, and I’m looking for a friendly and considerate female housemate to share my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat.

The flat is in a modern new-build with a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. It’s just a 3-minute walk to Wood Street Station (Overground) and a 15-minute walk to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line), making it super convenient for commuting.

The room is spacious and comes with its own private bathroom. It is available from 13th February. Rent is £1050 per month (excluding bills), with bills coming to approximately £175 per month. The room comes unfurnished, but my current flatmate can leave behind the two wardrobes in the pictures, which you’re welcome to take over if needed.

I’d love to find someone who keeps shared spaces tidy and is respectful of each other’s space and routines. That said, I enjoy getting to know my flatmates and would be up for exploring the area together—whether it’s grabbing a drink at a local pub or checking out the nearby coffee shops and restaurants!
