We're looking for a new housemate to let a room in our lovely E17 flat, located just 5 mins walk from Wood St. Available from 17th January 2025

FLATMATES:
Currently living in the flat is Liam and Hayley. We're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, but mostly just a lot of fun to be around and doesn't mind socialising or hanging out in the evenings or weekends. Hayley is a charity worker and Liam is a freelance video editor. In our free time, we both like, music, films, pubs, walks, clubbing and travel. So looking for someone with a similar vibe to that :)

ROOM:
The room itself is super spacious double room, with really lovely bay windows at the front

REST OF FLAT:
The flat is modern, clean and all the expected amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine! We have a kitchen/living room with sofa and TV, perfect for movie nights and hanging out. We also have a really beautiful shared garden that backs on to epping forest, ideal for BBQ's and summer nights.

LOCATION:
The flat is just 5 mins walk from Wood street station, 20 mins walk from Walthamstow Central. From Wood Street you've got the overground line which will get you into Liverpool St in 20 mins! The area is really quaint, surrounded by beautiful forest and the hustle and bustle of Wood St, which has all you could ever want for shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.

All in, with bills included, the room is £841 PCM.
That includes, electricity, gas, internet, council tax, tv license and water. We're in council tax bracket B.
