We are looking to rent a double room for a couple or single person.

The house has 3 double and 2 single rooms.
In total there is 4 bathrooms all with showers, this room adverted will share a bathroom with just 1 person.

The house has a large living room and fairly large kitchen, space for 3 parking(we own 1 car only atm), large garden with 2 sheds

The property is situated in very nice area next to the forest with lots of lakes, wild life etc.

Central line 15 min walking, overground 8-10 min walking, buss stop in front of house, Whipps Cross Hospital 10 min walk.
