We're looking for a new housemate to let a room in our lovely E17 flat, located just 10 mins walk from Wood St. Available from 17th January 2026.

FLATMATES:
Unfortunately our housemate is moving to South London booo aha but currently living in the flat are Hayley and Louis, we're looking for someone who is chill, tidy, considerate but likes their own space too and is up for an evening drink/ or watching a film on the telly etc. Hayley works in the public sector running youth programmes, and Louis works in recruitment. In our free time, we both like, music, films, pubs, walks, clubbing and travel. So looking for someone with a similar vibe to that :)

ROOM:
The room itself is a cosy room with nice bay window view and small double bed.

REST OF FLAT:
The flat is modern, clean and all the expected amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine! We have a kitchen/living room with sofa and TV, perfect for movie nights and hanging out. We also have a really beautiful shared garden that backs on to epping forest, ideal for BBQ's and summer nights.

LOCATION:
The flat is just under 10 mins walk from Wood street station, 20 mins walk from Walthamstow Central. From Wood Street you've got the overground line which will get you into Liverpool St in 20 mins! The area is really quaint, surrounded by beautiful forest and the hustle and bustle of Wood St, which has all you could ever want for shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.

All in, with bills included, the room is £710.99 PCM.
That includes, electricity, gas, internet, council tax, tv license and water. We're in council tax bracket B.
