Looking for a new housemate in Wood Street!

Me and my brother Jack are looking for a housemate to move into our rented home in Upper Walthamstow (council tax band C). We only moved in three weeks ago and are keen to find a new tenant to join us by 3rd January :)

It is a 3-bedroom house, with a lounge, kitchen, separate dining table, one bathroom (with a bath and two showers) and a garden. The room we are looking to fill is on the second floor, with the measurements 310cm x 240cm; more than enough room for a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

I am a free-spirited Yoga Instructor and Youth Engagement Officer, who loves cleaning, gardening, cooking, travelling, creative activities as well as going out and all the fun things in life.

My brother Jack is a professional actor and works hybrid in IT when he's not on a shoot. He equally loves cooking/eating, being creative, going to the gym, photography and film, going out etc.

We both work hybrid, are easy to get on with, and spend most of our time laughing. Although we are professionals, we enjoy going out and holding occasional parties and socialising too.

In the week, we love cooking together and having movie nights, games or going for walks. We also balance this with enjoying quiet time to ourselves and individually having our own space. It would be great to find someone who has similar interests and lifestyle to us, but we equally love meeting new people and trying new things.

We also have our Tuxedo cat called Mellow, who is the friendliest cat you will ever come across. She loves napping, playing, having a cuddle and is really low maintenance.

We already have furnishings (big sofa, projector, some shelves, kitchenware, blender, air fryer, table with chairs, some decorations), so if we found a place that was unfurnished you would only need to find furniture for your room, but we aren't precious about mixing our stuff with yours if you have stuff to bring into the house too!
