Description
Hey I’m Max(30), looking for a new roommate in a two bed flat in Walthamstow, near wood street. I work at a bakery nearby so im out during the day, and work weekends frequently so would suit someone who does work at home from time to time.
Movie in date is the 28th of feburary with some flexibility
Rent is currently £735 per person, it is subject to a review upon a new tenancy being signed, - last time it was reviewed was 2024 Currently haven’t heard anything back from the landlord through the letting agent - will update when I do.
Bills
Internet and water is £45 each - the internet is a bit slow for London 9MBs (no fibre yet)
September gas and electricity was £120 each,
December £160 each
Council tax is £80 each
I’m a relaxed person, who enjoys chilling in the flat and appreciates boundaries, communication, and making the flat a good place to be. I go out and see friends occasionally, but it’s not a loud place to live in. Into film - trying to move careers into it, into music, into performance, into good food and many other things.
There is a nice communal space at the back of the flat which is nice to sit out in the summer. The edge of Epping Forrest is 5 mins away a tesco 12 mins away. Wood street overground is 10 mins away with good links to the rest of Walthamstow.
