looking for a new house mate to move into a double room in Walthamstow 😊 3 min walk from the nearest station, super lovely neighbours and epping forest just up the road. Looking for move in mid late April , £900 all bills included. Looking for a cheerful, clean, sensible, respectful human. The house is a three bed with this room facing out to the garden. Fully furnished room with all appliances (in the whole house) new in the last 5 years, with lots of storage. Open plan shared living and dining area and galley kitchen as well as garden and on street parking.

I’m 26 working retail in the city, and have been living in London since 2018. I’d say I’m on the more quiet side of social when it comes to being but like to have a giggle and a chat. I like being in the garden, growing veg, reading, but also love a boogie. If any of that sounds like a vibe let me know 😊😊
