Walthamstow Village - Museum Amazing opportunity!

Vestry House Museum is near completion, and we are looking for exceptional guardians to live on the premises whilst work completes - and until the Museum is ready to open in a couple of months time.

This is a short term (4 months approx) opportunity to live in this fabulous, architectural inspired glass and steel redevelopment at the heart of Walthamstow Village.

We are only considering guardians who:
-can move in immediately
-are travelling light
-work some days at home
-only need a microwave, kettle and fridge at the tea-point
- super, super tidy
-won't need parking
-wont mind contractors working on the ground floor
-will enjoy the amazing landscaped garden
-flexible

You will live as a Property Guardian with Blue Door under a monthly Licence Agreement. This is NOT a Tenancy and means that your Notice period is a minimum of 4 weeks. Each applicant will need to complete our referencing process including a DBS Certs (basic) ID and Financial References.
You must understand the principles of property guardianship, be in full time employment, protect the security of the building and enjoy the community ethos of Blue Door Property Guardians.
