Budget Double Rooms close to Upton Park Station

We would like to welcome couples, students professionals into our sweet home. We have two double rooms to let (double occupancy), at the most convenient budget. Sharing with Hindu Vegetarian Family. People with similar diet preferred. We will consider couples with a child too. One of the room has access to the garden. No smoking/alcohol.
The house is at a 7-min walking distance from Upton Park station (District and Hammersmith Lines) and at a 3-min walk from bus stop with direct connections to Stratford, Barking, Walthamstow Wanstead and East Ham). Agents please excuse.
