Description
Only downstairs bedroom in this 4 bed house with a shared living room, kitchen, and garden. There is a downstairs toilet that works almost as a little ensuite since all the other bedrooms are upstairs. With the main shared bathroom including bath/shower upstairs.
All the current housemates (Lydia, Maloke, and Evelyn) are so lovely. It's a very chilled household so everyone is down for a chat or to plan something together, but generally quiet and you have space to do your own thing (my schedules were totally different so I rarely bumped into everyone together).
Located only 10-15 min walk to upton park station (District/Hammersmith line) AND really close (short bus ride or a longer walk) to Stratford Station which connects very easily across London - great for commuting.
There is a bit of maintenance and repairs needing to be completed by the landlord which has been reported. But after a lot of back and forth these are now in the process of being addressed.
I am not currently living in the property. I moved completely out of London for work and to be closer to family. So the room is fully available. The rent is rolling from 12th with the tenancy ending to renew 12th August but previously I have renewed many times without issues (I lived there for over 3 years!).
In terms of extra bills gas/electric/wi-fi totals about £60-70 per month per person, and council tax is another £34 each.
