Double room available in Victorian terrace flat

Hiya! I have a double room available in my two bedroom, ground floor flat on a quiet street in Upton Park, which is about five minutes from Upton Park tube station (district and hammersmith and city line).

The flat comes with a living room, kitchen, garden and bathroom (all shared). There is also a cellar which you can use to store items (nothing huge of course!). I also have a small cat who lives with me who's very friendly, if a bit shy.

About me: My name's Kezzie, I'm a 39 year old woman from London. I'm an education professional who works both from home and at my school, depending on my schedule each month. I'm a pretty quiet person lifestyle-wise, happy to share a glass of wine and film together. I don't have big parties or anything like that, you'll likely find me reading or watching something nerdy on the tv. OR trying to play one of my horror games with one hand over my eyes. I am a smoker (trying to give up) but I don't smoke tobacco inside the house.

Rent is £750 pcm bills included, which includes broadband wifi, council tax (band B), electricity, gas, water etc. The room comes with a double bed frame and mattress and two tall bookcases. There are parking permits options for the street, I can ask my current housemate for information on that if you need. He is leaving to go live in South America and the room is available at the end of November. Earlier can be negotiated if necessary.
