The room is in a large townhouse and sharing with myself (the landlady) and one other lodger (male).
The shared spaces are the large kitchen/diner and the large sunny garden with nice garden furniture. There is also a washer/dryer. I also have a large outbuilding at the back of the garden that is used as another communal/social area.
I also have two cats. They are very friendly.
